Set Up
(20 person minimum)

- Chafing dishes (warmers)
- Our team member will set up the buffet, and the client refills any items as needed. See below to add a buffet attendant for the duration of the serving time!
Fully Catered
(75 person minimum)

- Stainless serving utensils
- Chafing dishes (warmers)
- Service personnel
Prices
- Prices are per person, plus tax and are based on the minimums for each service style.
- Delivery charges- All Drop Offs and Set Ups: $40 from 6am-4pm; $75 4pm-9pm and $125 9pm-6am.
- An 18% service fee is added to all Fully Catered events- it goes toward delivery, equipment, and administrative services. The service fee is not a gratuity or a tip; that is at the discretion of the client.
- Buffet attendant- $100 each - helpful for groups of 75 people or less (Attendant responsible for changing out pans and maintaining the buffet only.) 18% service charge is applied. M-F Only.
- Breakfast & Lunch menus are available Monday-Friday, 6 am - 3 pm. Additional charges for weekends will apply.
- Buffet service for more than 1-1.5 hours may have additional charges (this would apply to small groups and open-house style events):
- Add 2nd buffet - $250
- Add 2nd buffet w/ carving station - $275
