Creamy mashed potatoes, sour cream, cheese, etc..topped and then baked with a parmesan/panko bread-crumb mix.

A blend of seasoned wild and long grain rice. GF

Green Bean Almandine
Steamed whole green beans; with slivered almonds and butter. GF
Classic Blend
Steamed whole green beans and carrots; with slivered almonds and butter; garnished with diced red pepper. GF

Cold Salads
Caesar
Romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese, croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing.
Tossed
Mixed greens, carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Served with sunflower seeds and croutons. [Choice of (2) dressings] GF
House
A blend of romaine lettuce and spring mix; tossed with Craisins, pears, walnuts, and feta cheese - lightly dressed in a mango/pineapple vinaigrette. GF
Broccoli Sunflower
Broccoli florets, red grapes, sunflower seeds, and green onions; tossed in a sweet mayo-based dressing. GF
Pasta Salad
Tri-colored rotini noodles; mixed with green peppers, tomatoes, celery, and Parmesan in creamy Italian dressing.
Wild Rice Salad
Wild and long grain rice; with carrots, celery, and shredded cheddar cheese in buttermilk ranch dressing. GF
Coleslaw
A traditional creamy coleslaw. Or...Hawaiian-style coleslaw (with crushed pineapple and citrus dressing.) GF
Marinated Veggies
Freshly chopped vegetables; marinated in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. GF
Vegetable Supreme
Fresh (seasonal) chopped vegetables; tossed with shredded cheddar cheese and mixed with blended Caesar and ranch dressings.

Carved watermelon bowl; served on a platter with sliced cantaloupe, pineapple, honeydew, grapes, and strawberries. GF

Traditional white cream sauce, blended with Parmesan and romano cheeses. GF

Pesto blended with heavy cream for flavorful sauce. GF
Mango Pineapple
Homemade mango salsa; mixed with mango pineapple vinaigrette. GF
Jack Daniels
Sweet teriyaki and Jack Daniels flavored sauce; with onions.
Marsala
Marsala wine, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. GF
Garlic Herb Butter
House herb and garlic seasoning blended into a warm butter sauce. GF
